Privacy
This page explains what information is collected when you use the site, and what it is used for. I have kept it short.
Contact form
When you fill in the form I store your name, your email address and your phone number (these three are required), your wedding date, the location and your message. Your IP address, browser details and how you reached the site are stored too.
I use these only to reply to you, check availability and prepare a quote. I do not share them, do not sell them, and do not add you to a mailing list.
Some technical details are stored alongside: your IP address, your browser, which page you arrived on and which link brought you here. These help me understand which channels actually bring enquiries, and filter out automated spam.
I keep enquiries for a reasonable period after our correspondence ends. If you want yours deleted, write to me and I will delete it.
Measurement
I use Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) tools to see how the site is used — how many people visit, which pages they read, and where the traffic comes from.
These only run if you accept them. If you choose “Essential only” in the box shown on your first visit, none of them load. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the box will appear again.
Cookies
The site uses one session cookie that it needs to work — it is what makes form submission secure, and it cannot be switched off.
Your cookie choice is kept in your browser's own storage, not in a cookie. If you accept the measurement tools, they set their own cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Hostinger. The server keeps ordinary request logs.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to me using the address on the contact page.
